2016-17 Transportation Assignments
The postcards containing students' bus assignments for the 2016-17 school year have been mailed. If you do not receive a postcard by July 22, 2016, please contact Durham School Services at (717)843-0520. All assignment change requests must be made prior to August 10, 2016, which is the start of the two week blackout period.
Transportation for the 2016-17 School Year
The York Suburban School District is gearing up for the 2016-17 school year, and one of our immediate tasks is coordinating student transportation. Postcards will be mailed in July to all students eligible for transportation. These postcards will include the bus number, bus stop, and pick up/drop off times assigned to each student.
If you notice an error on the postcard(s) that you receive, please contact Durham School Services at 717-843-0520 prior to August 10th, which is the start of the transportation blackout period. This blackout will last through August 24th. During this time, no transportation change requests will be processed to ensure that the transportation at the beginning of the school year goes as smoothly as possible.
All change requests received during the blackout period will be addressed after August 24th. If you request a change during the blackout period, your student(s) should use the transportation assigned on the postcard until you’ve received notification from Durham School Services that your request has been processed.
