Elementary School Counseling Program

All York Suburban elementary schools offer a comprehensive developmental guidance program that includes the following:

  • Classroom Guidance Lessons taught by school counselors on a variety of developmental topics
  • Small Groups on both general and specific topics.
  • Individual Counseling on a limited short-term basis with assistance coordinating access to community counseling resources as needed.
  • Consultation and Coordination with parents, teachers, school staff, and community resources to implement strategies that support educational success of all students.

My name is  Peggy Flannelly and I am the school counselor  at  Yorkshire Elementary .  I will be handling the school counseling needs of all our K-2 students. I am at Yorkshire Elementary four out of the six cycle days. The other two cycle days I am at Valley View Elementary. I hope you will find that I am very parent friendly.
