Book Club Members read and talk about books!
Emphasis is on developing lifelong readers.
Books selected may be new, popular titles as well as classics and old favorites.
Stress is on the books and student interest/recommendations, not on books read in the school curriculum.
The club is open to all students.
Students must be willing to attend monthly meetings for an hour after school.
We will start out the school year by reading Orson Scott Card's Ender's Game.
For our January meeting we discussed Orson Scott Card's Ender's Shadow. 
and Stephen Chbosky's The Perks of Being a Wallflower.
Our next book is The Hobbit by J.R.R. Tolkien.
Our final book for the year will be Zeitoun by Dave Eggers.
