Student Driving and Parking Regulations (optional) - Parking on campus is a privilege and by permit ONLY. Parking Permits cost $10 per year and can be paid for through the IC Fees Tab, or by cash, check, or money order in the Main Office.  Parking Permits are issued on a first-come, first-served basis (in order:  Senior, Junior, Sophomore, Freshman) to licensed drivers only, who have turned in a fully-complete application, paid the fee, AND presented their valid driver's license.  The Parking Permit Application is available on IC under the Forms Tab.

Here...but driving ...TAKE the PLEDGE - All students applying for a parking permit will be presented with a "Here...but driving" Pledge Card.  Students are not required to sign the pledge, but strongly encouraged to do so.  The campaign was established in late 2015 after the tragic death of 17 year-old Ashlyn Stambaugh of York County.  “Here” was Ashlyn’s final text that was intended for a friend who was awaiting her arrival and lived just down the street from where she was driving.  Ashlyn never made it to her friend’s house.  After sending the text, she failed to negotiate a curve and struck a utility pole.  She died two days later.  More information on the pledge.

Summer Parking Permit Issue Date:

Students with incomplete forms, who don't have their driver's license, or without payment will be sent to the back of the line.

Thursday, 8/10/17
